document industry’s broadest portfolio of offerings. Digital systems
include colour and black & white printing and publishing systems,
digital presses and “book factories”, multifunction devices
which have the ability to copy/print/scan and fax, laser and solid ink
network printers, copiers and fax machines, wide format (A0) colour scanners/printers
and plotters.
A professional and highly qualified Xerox trained Service Division provides
prompt after sales service with a commitment to ‘Total Customer
Satisfaction’. They also provide all associated software, support
and supplies.
Two well established Copy Centres located
in the commercial area and Industrial areas
of the city offer customers a wide range
of services from just simple (A4 to A0) copying/printing
and binding to high volume printing scanning
and archiving documentys or plans onto disks
and C.D.’s.
The Xerox service centre is equipped with
qualified technical staff fully trained by
Xerox Corporation. The services offered include
everything from machine installation to ongoing
service maintenance through a variety of
service package options and contracts which
can be tailored to suit customer requirements.
